How long does it take for my gown to arrive?
Each gown is made to order with care and intention. Please allow 6 weeks for your gown to arrive. Once it ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We offer worldwide shipping.
- Shipping within Spain is €30.
- International shipping is €50.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your Cherry in Madrid order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow her journey every step of the way. Don’t worry—she’ll be shipped with care and protected at all costs. We make sure she arrives to you safe, sound, and beautiful.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not accept returns. Every piece is crafted just for you. If you have any concerns about your order, we’re always here to help.
How does the custom color option work?
Once your custom color order is placed, you’ll be in direct contact with Cherry, the designer. The first 3 days are dedicated to fabric sourcing, and once you approve the fabric, we begin creating your piece.

How do I know my size?
Our dresses are designed to flatter and feel like a dream. To find your perfect fit, please refer to the Cherry in Madrid Size Guide.

Can I request a waist alteration?
Yes, you absolutely can! We want to ensure your dress fits you perfectly. For now, we’re offering waist alterations at no additional fee as a special thank you for being part of this journey. Simply add it to your purchase at checkout. Please note that this offer won’t be permanent, so be sure to take advantage of it while it’s available!
Will the gown be long enough with heels?
Yes! Our gowns are designed for a total height of up to 5'10” (including heels), ensuring that graceful, floor-length look for most.
Whether you’re 5'2" or 5'9", the design is made to give you that perfect, romantic sweep.For reference: if you’re 5'6” in 4-inch heels, the gown will fall just right.
